The Mogalakwena municipal Mayor, Ngoako Tauetsoala, says the municipal manager has distanced himself from a social media post detailing alleged corruption implicating Limpopo Premier Phophi Ramathuba and COGSHTA MEC, Basikopo Makamu.
Tauetsoala has condemned the post, calling it faceless, unfounded, and fake. Tauetsoala says the matter has been escalated to law enforcement agencies for investigations.
He further said that the munipal manager Morris Maluleke does not have facebook account.
Furthermore, the Office of the Premier says the allegations purported against Ramathuba are a smear campaign aimed at tarnishing the image and reputation of the Premier. When responsing to the allegations, Ramathuba said they have approached law enforcement agencies to investigate the fake accounts.
