The ANC Youth League in Limpopo has characterized majority of the MECs in the province as being clueless and sleeping on duty. Youth league provincial Secretary Phineas Sebola says they want young people to be included in the Provincial Executive Committee and in all corridors of power.
Sebola says they want their Youth League provincial Chairperson, Faith Sebopela, to be given blue lights. He says they want this resolution to be implemented as a matter of urgency. Sebola was speaking after the youth league held its provincial executive committee meeting.
Amongst other issues deliberated, the youth league raised concerns about conduct of some of its members on social media. This after some prominent ANC members were embroiled in a public spat on social media.
The Youth league also supports the convining of an early provincial conference next year. The early conference was suggested by the executive commitee two months back. ANC Provicial Secreatry Reuben Madazhe said the suggestion came because they want to prepare for local government elections.
