
The Limpopo-based non-profit organization, Africa Dumela, has made a donation of clothing and sporting equipment to a rehabilitation center in Botlokwa, outside Polokwane.The center, General Survivor Rehibilitation Centre established this year, provides in-house rehabilitation services to individuals struggling with drugs and susbtsance abuse across the country.

According to Simon Letsoalo, a founding member of Africa Dumela, the donation is intended to support over 60 individuals who are currently undergoing treatment at the center. The organization aims to provide essential items to help create a supportive environment for those in recovery.

Africa Dumela, a non-profit organization founded in 2021, has a history of making donations to those in need. In addition to its charitable efforts, the organization is hosting a Boys Summit on May 16-17, 2025.
According to Simon Letsoalo, the summit aims to empower young boys with essential educational and social skills, with the goal of helping them become responsible and well-rounded individuals in the future.
